We’ll meet 2x/week through Zoom
Thursdays will be our training day + homework and the following Tuesdays will be our group coaching session to discuss the homework and dive deeper into how to implement the concepts into your unique business.
Trainings > Thursdays - 9 am or 6 pm (whatever works best for the majority of students) (will also be recorded)
Group Coaching > Tuesdays - 9 am or 6 pm (whatever works best for the majority of students) (will also be recorded)
1:1 Coaching > Your 1-hour private coaching session after the workshop!
Week 1
Honing your message!
Discover the core concepts of marketing that are relevant to your local business.
Develop the essential skills to clearly communicate a compelling message to draw in your perfect customers.
Create a visually appealing and cohesive brand identity that expresses you and resonates with your customers.
Week 2
Planting your brand in front of NEW potential customers!
No more sitting, waiting, and hoping for more customers!
You will effectively introduce your business to new potential customers who will LOVE you and your products and attract new customers.
You’ll learn what to say and what channels to use in this stage of marketing!
Week 3
Growing trust with potential customers & leading them to the sale (solution).
Now that you have interested potential customers, we move into bringing them closer to the sales and help them find what they’re looking for!
You’ll learn strategies for social media, newsletters, website layout, and more!
Week 4
Cultivate your relationship with your existing customers so they keep coming back to buy and spread the word!
This is the stage we think of first, so it may already be on your mind… How to build a good customer experience so they keep coming back for more and bring their friends!
You’ll learn how to nurture and strengthen your relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
This will make business so much easier!!!
Week 5
Your Marketing Roadmap for success and time-saving strategies.
Now we organize all the strategies into your personalized marketing plan that you will start using to draw in wonderful customers and keep them coming back for more!
You’ll have a structured schedule for its implementation, ensuring consistent progress and measurable results so you can keep improving your efforts!
1:1 Coaching

All of the training and group coaching sessions will be recorded and available to you. Do your best to attend live as you’ll get to ask questions and connect with the other business owners!!

You’ll be able to access the videos through Teachable (I’ll set you up) for 6 months.

There will be no refunds once the workshop begins. You’ll have access to the recording if you have any scheduling conflicts!

I would LOVE to see you during the training and group sessions. But if you have limited internet connection, you can turn off the camera. If you aren’t able to connect to a mic, you can call in or use the chat option.

Most of my examples are tailored to farmers and artisans (those who may sell at a farmer’s market). If you don’t fall under that but sell locally, I think you’ll still find a lot of value and success going through this workshop.
